Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Hotel is an Adult-Only hotel and minimum age acompanied by parents are 16+ years

Room Policy

Room configaration and (King or Double), connecting rooms, or room allocation within the hotel are not guaranteed as per business levels and time of check-in. We will always do everything to ensure fair practice to accommodate all requests. Please contact the hotel for further information.

MAX PERSONS PER ROOM

The hotel do reserve the right to place a limit to the amount of persons per room, standard limit is two persons per room and hotel management will always assist as per any request recieved. But due to size of room and to ensure the comfort of our guest, we do not allow four persons per room.

 EARLY ARRIVAL & LATE DEPARTURE POLICY

There is no fee for arrivals between 10am and 3pm; however, check-in is not guaranteed any time before 3pm. Early check-in or late departure request may be done via hotel Front desk upon day of check-in. Late-department on day of check-out can not be guarenteed, A late-checkout fee may apply.

MANDATORY CHARGE POLICY

All guest will be charged mandetory goverment taxes and services, charged will be added to each night room rate and will appear on guest account.

  • AHATA Levy - $0.50c per night
  • Energy service charge - $5.95 per night
HOTEL SMOKING POLICY

Hotel is 100% NON-SMOKING hotel, any guest that smoke inside any room will be automaticly by charges with a $500 cleaning fee penalty.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a passport, and/or proof of age card..

PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY

If damage to the hotel or a guest room occurs during a guest’s stay, the hotel’s management will conduct an investigation, and the guest(s) responsible will be charged accordingly.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

Credit cards will be charged full-stay at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an authorization amount of $200 to cover incidentals. Authorized amounts may take up to 14 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

PAYMENT POLICY

Our hotel does not accept money orders or personal checks. A valid credit card is required at check-in for the payment of the room, tax, and incidentals. Credit cards will be charged for the full cost of room and tax plus a authorization of 200 USD for incidentals. For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card please contact the hotel prior to arrival.

CANCELATION POLICY

Credit cards will only be debited for the full amount as per your reservation if one or more of the following conditions occur. Low Seasons (April 18 - December 21') Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival - No Charge Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival and No Shows - 1 night charge (Low Season) High Seasons (December 22' - April 05'') Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival - No Charge Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival - 3 night charge (Hight Season) "No Show" reservations will be charged in full for complete stay.
